1. What’s the difference between hover boards with and without UL2272 certific
Worked out the United States, UL2272 certificate is the latest safety monitoring standard for scooters. It’s the compulsory certification for scooters to export and selling online. Now there are less than 80 enterprises certified and put on record by UL in global, which means the scooters with UL2272 certificate, are very reliable on the stability of scooter structure, the battery and the circuit system.

Yes our company owed a number of patent for utility models, industrial design patents. And we have a Industrial design team, every single product was carefully crafted and get inspiration from nature then converted to scooter models. Our design team focus on the ever-changing markets and update products irregularly.
3. What material will be used for the outer shell?
In the market electric scooters outer shells are made by PC or ABS and ABS/PC with alloy material. Whole outer shell for our scooter use UL2272 certified ABS+ PC+ fire retardant material, applied with highest manufacturing standard, with Superior temperature tolerance, fire resistance and Increase scooter plastic cover’s strength and service life.
4. Will your scooter equipped with Bluetooth and Smart phone APP?
Yes we have Bluetooth and APP for our scooters. Distinguishes from Bluetooth used in the markets, our scooter matching Bluetooth 4.0 Hi-Fi speaker, stereo dual speakers with SRS Premium Surround Sound. In order to provide you a better quality experience, smart phone APP is especially equipped with our scooter. Personalized power on and power off of the scooter, GPS positioning, lane track record, maximum ridding speed and riders community, omnibearing man-machine interaction.
5. Does your product CQC approved?
Yes we have CQC certificate. More than that, we also have CE, RoHS, FCC and RED certifications.
6. What’s the difference Chinese battery compare to Samsung battery and LG bat
Put simply, the lithium battery use for hover boards are made by battery cell and protection circuit. The battery cell tell the difference from Chinese battery, Samsung battery and LG battery. Chinese batteries are widely used on the scooter market, and the protection circuit does not certified by UL2271 (Safety certification of battery circuit system formed by the United States). The batteries we use are from qualified manufactures that all passed UL2271 certification, to guarantee the safety of the battery cell.
7. What speed your hoverboards can be reached?
Depending on different models, the highest speed will be different. K,V series maximum can reach to 15KM/H, Q series maximum speed is 12 KM/H. But we strongly suggest that player riding your hoverboard in high speed. We have set up a high speed alarm for all models to warm our riders DO NOT riding in high speed for a long time.
To meet different demands to players, between 3 different skill modes were designed. Each mode has a different top speed and sensitivity. Three modes as: Beginner Mode, Intermediate Mode and advanced Mode. You can cycle between 3 modes according to your condition via our APP.
8. If my body weight is 110 KG, can I use your hoverboards?
You may choose our K and V series. Different models with different weight bearing. For Q series, We suggest players body weight NO MORE THAN 100 KGS, for K and V series, body weight under 120 KG is acceptable. If your weight over 100 KG, K, V series will be your best choice.

10. Can I riding in the rainy day?
NO you may not riding hoverboard when raining. Waterproof grade of our hoverboard is IPX4, we highly recommend you DO NOT riding when raining and also DO NOT riding on the road with ponding.
11. Is self balancing function available to your hoverboard?
Yes all our hoverboards are equipped with mechanical self balancing with company’s patent. Standard hoverboards on the market need to manually correct to level condition, with mechanical self balancing, our hoverboards will return balance condition automatically, to provide player a easy handling experience.
12. To enable self balancing function: put the hover board on the horizontal surface, press the power button once with the power off state and another press on the power button within 2 seconds to enable self balancing function

In normal circumstances, system comes with memory function, which means your hover board will in memory with the last status you use for your next time use, if you don't know how to shut down self balancing function,
you can put the hover board on the horizontal surfaceand keep the pedals in straight line and in parallel with the horizontal state, hold the power button 5 to 8 seconds till the lights twinkling for both sides,
then power off your hover board to disable self balancing function.
To enable self balancing function, please repeat as step 1.

Balance Scooter is a high tech product that uses a series of algorithms for auto-blance as well as gyroscopes to achieve forward and backward motion, turning, acceleration and neutral balance. The rider commands the sense of motion, turning, speed and deceleration by gently shifting the body weight and pressure on the pedal sensors. Pressure sensors under the pedals dettect small variations and send the signal to the wheel motors, each wheel operates independently from each other.
